Lead Pastor

 Pastor  Paul  Strong serves as the Lead Pastor since summer of 2016. Pastor  Strong is  a dynamic communicator and visionary leader for the Legacy family.  His passion is to see the kingdom of God expanded through  growing  servant leaders and reaching lost people for Christ. He holds a B.S. in Church Ministries and a M.A. in Church Leadership from  Southeastern  University.  Together, Pastor Paul & Tiffany lead a vibrant,  multi-cultural, Spirit-filled church.

Tiffany Strong

Executive Pastor

Pastor  Tiffany, serves as the Executive Pastor,  overseeing all of the weekend  services. Her passion is seeing people experience the presence of God  through leading and creating a space of  excellence, intentionality, and  passionate worship. Pastor Paul and Tiffany have a passion for life and  family, their greatest joy is their  large family, Cole, Carson,  Cooper, Camdyn, and Carrigan. 

Cliff and Charmaine Bailey

Care Pastor

“Cliff” and Charmaine are AG ministers who have served in pastoral ministry since 2001 as Christian Education, Executive and Campus Pastors. They have a passion for evangelism, discipleship and missions. At Legacy, they oversee the Care and Prayer ministries. Married for 42 years, they have four adult children, one daughter-in-love and two grandsons.

Brien Rogers

Worship Pastor

Brien Rogers serves as the Music Director since January of 2017. He is a national recording artist and producer in the Gospel Music Industry, ministering across the U.S. through the ministry of song. His passion is to create an atmosphere which is conducive to the presence of God. His wife, Ramira, have been married since 2013, and he has two daughters.

Rachel Chima

Outreach and Hope Center Pastor

Rachel Chima was born in Mt. Vernon, New York. She is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of God International Fellowship. Rachel first felt the calling of God on her life at 9 years old during Missionettes Camp, where she would later participate in missions in Haiti, Uganda and inner city parachurch ministries. She went into full time ministry at the age of 22 as the Director of Teens Against PreMarital Sex (TAPS). She is passionate about serving God and being the extension of Christ compassion and grace as according to Matthew 25: 35-36.

Oscar Santillana

Elementary Kids Director

Oscar was born in Guatemala City and came to the United States at the age of ten. He gave his life to Christ at the age of fifteen and then started serving in the church. He received a call to full-time ministry at the age of eighteen. He’s ultimate goal in life is to serve God and His people. He is currently a student at Bridges Christian College.  He enjoys creating an atmosphere of learning, fun, and life applicable lessons for the children. It’s his heart’s desire to know that he has given his all to serve God and His people. Oscar loves to sing and is passionate about wildlife conservation. 

Lindsay Varela

Preschool Kids Director

 

Lindsay grew up in California. She has a BA in liberal studies and a multiple subject teaching credential. On a missions trip to New Orleans after hurricane Katrina, she was called to ministry and helped plant a church there. She married Isaac in 2008. They enjoy raising their children Lilliana, Priscilla, Gabriella, Israel and Elias. Her desire is to help children know God and experience the joy of a relationship with Him.
